PlantOn's role
PlantOn provides digital infrastructure for connection, communication and process organization. PlantOn is not a farmer, trader, delivery service, bank or producer accounting service.
The producer's role
The producer listed with a garden provides the real service. They define prices, lease duration, crops, growing terms, harvest rules, payment and pickup or delivery options.
Request and activation
Sending a request does not mean the lease is active. The producer may accept or decline it; the garden becomes active only after the producer activates it once starting terms are met.
Payment
The customer pays the producer directly. PlantOn does not have to process leases, planting, growing, products or delivery and takes no commission from those transactions.
Responsibility for the real service
Questions about growing quality, timing, harvest, products, invoices, refunds and delivery are handled with the producer or party performing the service, under applicable law and final contractual terms.
